Welcome to the Friends of the MANNA Community of boston!
The Friends of the MANNA Community of Boston is a 501c3 established in 2025 to provide financial support for MANNA (Many Angels Needed Now and Always), a program created in 2010 for and with the unhoused and unstably housed community of downtown Boston. MANNA comes out of the Cathedral Church of St. Paul’s Monday Lunch Program, which has served the community continuously since 1985.
MANNA provides critical social, spiritual, and material support for an average of 224 unhoused and unstably housed individuals in Boston. MANNA is a place where all people are invited to become more fully themselves, discovering and sharing their gifts and talents, supporting one another in the midst of great challenges, and expanding their sense of belonging in their immediate and wider communities.
The Friends of the MANNA Community of Boston seeks to provide sustainable financial support to ensure that MANNA will continue to provide essential and life-affirming care to our most vulnerable neighbors.
By joining the Friends of MANNA Community you will help us widen our circle of love, welcoming friends new and old with generosity and warmth. Thank you for joining us. We are so glad you are here.
